Bodywork is a powerful tool for living more comfortably in our bodies, experiencing less pain, and being present with ourselves. Whether you are recovering from an injury, experiencing chronic pain, seeking to calm the nervous system and improve sleep, or just want to relax, massage and bodywork can help you.

When we work together, I bring my skills in deep tissue and relaxation techniques, my solid understanding of anatomy, and my grounded presence. I am guided by my curiosity and humility, and I trust in your innate knowledge of your body and yourself. No two people are the same, so no two sessions are the same. Often, our bodies adapt to what we ask of them, so our lives and the way we use our bodies from day to day can create specific patterns that lead to pain or discomfort. My goal is to support your awareness of where patterns originate so you can let go and calm the body and mind.
I aim to provide an accepting space for clients to feel seen, to be cared for, to relax, and to heal. Each time I see a client, we make space to develop a session plan together that will best support them on that day.
